Contaminated Water In Flint and Kentucky Caused by Russia and Putin

The latest US Intelligence Agencies reports verify that it is actually Russia that is behind the contamination of public water systems in Flint, Michigan, areas of Kentucky, and thousands of other locations in America, by Lead, Mercury, Cadmium and other highly-toxic substances.

It is assumed that this aggressive and deadly attack on American health and well-being has been commanded from the top----On direct order of  Putin himself.

It was previously assumed that corrupt US local officials and local governments under the sway of  powerful Industries in various states, as well as aging water infrastructure, were the culprits. But these new findings now completely vindicate all US officials and US corporations, and now place the blame squarely and solely on  Russia  and  Putin.

Intelligence reports state that Russian agents in the US are systematically poisoning local water supplies all over America, right under the noses of American Law Enforcement and citizen watchdog groups.

"This is clearly an act of war, done in totally un-American secrecy", said a CIA official, who declined to give his name.

since the Russian contamination crisis began.

Local water agencies have proven to be no match

has been forbidden to give, 

had this to say about the attack on 

American's drinking water by Russia:

"We're going to be spending trillions of dollars on 

new weapons to defend our shores 

from our implacable enemy, and thank God for that. 

We're going to need a whole new fleet of submarines, new battleships, lots of new attack planes, a whole new generation of missiles to replace the old, crappy ones, and lots and lots of new high-tech satellites to 

protect and defend us from Putin's aggressiveness."

When asked whether America should repair or upgrade 

any of its water systems infrastructure as well, 

his response was, 

"Oh my gosh, no. Americans are rugged individualists, 

and will be able to find solutions at the local level. 

We are confident of that. But this attack will require 

a strategic and tactical approach, that much we know for certain-- 

Unless you're talking about building a really high wall 

around out water systems. That might work. 

But mainly, we're going to need those weapons-systems, 

and lots of them. The cost be damned."
